Wohlsen Construction is hiring a Project Manager to secure and manage project cost, schedule, performance, scope, budget, and client relationships for healthcare construction projects. The role includes preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating with field personnel, estimating teams, subcontractors, and clients; managing project assistants and project engineers; conducting safety inspections; and participating in contract negotiations and procurement. Candidates need a B.S. degree in construction technology, engineering, or a related discipline, 3–7 years of relevant experience, healthcare construction project management experience with contracts of $5 million or more, and OSHA 10-hour certification.
