YES Communities is hiring a Project Manager in Denver, Colorado to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives from concept through implementation, transition, and closeout. The role owns scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, communication, quality, change management, and delivery outcomes while partnering with sponsors, department leaders, and project teams. The position requires 3–5 years of progressively responsible project management experience, with a bachelor’s degree and PMP or CAPM certification preferred. Compensation is $95,000–$100,000 plus a 10% annual bonus opportunity, with health benefits, disability insurance, and a 401(k) match.
