Zafin is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing banking technology transformation programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live. The role owns delivery roadmaps, globally distributed teams, program economics, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting, while translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes. Candidates should have 12–16 years of experience, including significant ownership of complex enterprise or banking transformation programs, along with strong banking and SaaS delivery expertise. The position is hybrid in Trivandrum, with three days in the office.
