Description
The AttainmentNC Workforce Collaborative Project Manager coordinates and expands pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, internships, and other work-based learning opportunities across Martin Community College and Roanoke-Chowan Community College. The role serves as a regional employer and community partner, aligns workforce pathways with academic programs, maintains advisory councils, supports K-12 and community partnerships, and tracks grant-compliant outcomes. It is a full-time, grant-funded position based primarily at the Bertie Campus in Windsor, North Carolina, with travel to the two colleges and within Bertie County, and is anticipated to continue through June 30, 2028.
