Description
Haselden Construction is hiring a senior commercial construction project manager to manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgets, forecasts, change management, contracts, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, risk and safety, quality control, and client relationships. The role requires 5–10 years of progressive commercial construction project-management experience, knowledge of construction financial management and related disciplines, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction financial-management software. The position requires travel to project sites and the ability to work in both office and active construction-site environments, with a salary range of $110,000–$130,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
