CMT Services is hiring a full-time Project Manager / BPA Program Manager for a five-year contract with the United States Congressional Budget Office, with remote work authorized and possible on-site work at CBO discretion. The role serves as the single point of contact for contract and task-order administration across federal IT services, including help desk, DevSecOps, service desk, web developer security, cybersecurity, and network engineering. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, resource and budget management, execution monitoring, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and supervision of contractor personnel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, five years of federal IT project or program management experience, strong communication and risk-management skills, and either PMP certification or at least 10 years of experience.
