Description
HDR is hiring a Project Manager - Bridges and Structures to direct and coordinate single- or multidiscipline teams through the full lifecycle of complex small-to-medium and routine large bridge and structure projects. The role manages staffing, workload, deliverables, budgets, schedules, client relations, QA/QC, project reviews, proposal preparation, and coordination with senior staff. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, seven years of related experience including at least two years in project management, a professional engineering license for the position's location, MS Office and MS Project experience, leadership skills, and commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. A master's degree in civil or structural engineering is preferred.
