Sense Engineering is hiring a Project Manager for its Building Restoration Consulting Team to oversee restoration projects from initial design through construction and delivery. The role includes proposal development, site investigations, technical reporting, restoration design, client and contractor communication, tendering, contract administration, and mentorship of junior engineers. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of building envelope or structural restoration experience, registration or eligibility for Engineers Nova Scotia, strong project management and communication skills, and occasional travel within Canada with most projects in Nova Scotia.
