Egis is hiring an intermediate-level Project Manager – Building Services in Toronto to support building restoration and building envelope projects across multiple asset types. The role covers on-site investigations, condition assessments, technical reporting, cost estimating, specifications, drawings, tendering, construction administration, progress monitoring, client communication, and project coordination. Candidates need an engineering degree focused on building systems or a related discipline, 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of building envelope systems, and the ability to manage projects independently through construction completion.
