Description
The role is responsible for designing, planning, tendering, and commissioning building services systems across heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and compressed air technology. It also covers technical specifications, bid solicitation, project scheduling, cost and risk management, system optimization, drawing and schematic development, and coordination with construction and plant engineering. The position requires a degree in supply/utility services engineering or a master craftsman/technician qualification in technical building services, ideally five years of project and construction management experience, and proficiency with calculation and CAD/CAE programs.
