Münchner Wohnen is hiring a permanent full-time or part-time Maintenance and Repair Manager to oversee maintenance and repair activities across residential and commercial properties, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems. The role covers budget management, drinking-water compliance, fire protection, energy-performance documentation, insurance claims, HOAI Phase 9 coordination, maintenance planning, and coordination with technical and commercial property managers. Applicants need a university degree in building services engineering or a comparable qualification, professional maintenance and repair experience, knowledge of procurement and building regulations, and experience with the Drinking Water Ordinance; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
