WIRO Wohnen in Rostock Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH is hiring a Project Manager, Building Services Engineering specializing in Heat Supply Systems. The role manages planning, scheduling, cost, quality, and implementation of heating and energy-system projects in existing buildings and new construction, coordinates external specialists and service providers, prepares tender documents, oversees conversion and modernization, and supports acceptance inspections and commissioning. The position is permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week, with remote work two days per week and flexible hours.
