The position requires at least two years of experience in organizational change, communications, adoption, business transformation, or technology change, along with stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills. The pay rate is $105.64-$112.04 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility through ECLARO.
