Freedom is hiring a full-time, permanent Project Manager to lead cable engineering asset replacement projects for Northern Powergrid across North-East England. The role oversees operational delivery from planning through energisation and handover, manages field and engineering teams, maintains the client relationship, ensures HSQE and legal compliance, controls budgets and resources, and tracks KPIs. Candidates need senior operational experience in cable installation, utilities, or power distribution, LV/HV cable network knowledge, leadership and commercial skills, a NEBOSH/IOSH-equivalent qualification, and a full UK driving licence. Northern Powergrid contract experience, streetworks knowledge, and a project management qualification are desirable.
