Sense Engineering is hiring a Capital Planning Project Manager in Markham to lead building assessment projects, manage budgets and timelines, prepare depreciation and condition reports, develop proposals, and mentor team members. The role requires at least five years of capital planning experience, a relevant engineering or architectural technology degree, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000, share-purchase opportunities, and a benefits package including a Health Care Spending Account and Wellness Account.
