Description
The Maples Group is seeking a Project Manager/Change Manager in Montreal to support global financial-services transformation initiatives through project planning, stakeholder coordination, change strategy and execution, impact assessment, communications, training, readiness and adoption monitoring, process analysis, issue resolution, and governance. The role works within the Programme Management Office and partners with project managers, business leaders, executive sponsors, and change agents in a complex international organization. The posting requests at least five years of experience in large-scale technology or business-transformation change efforts (with a French version also mentioning at least three years in management consulting), a business-related degree or equivalent experience, strong change-management, communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint.
