Description
DSS is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of information-system transformation projects for the Division of Child Support. The role provides strategic direction, defines business and technological requirements, manages complex enterprise and smaller projects, coordinates development teams and vendors, enforces project governance, monitors schedules and budgets, and mentors state personnel. Candidates should have child-support program knowledge, experience with child-support system modernization and information-technology solutions, PMP certification or equivalent experience, and knowledge of agile, waterfall, and DevOps methodologies. The position is remote, with travel to Pierre as needed.
