Infineon is hiring a Project Manager, Chip Development for its Research & Development team to develop silicon and silicon carbide power semiconductor chip technologies for renewable energy and e-mobility. The role manages projects from initiation through completion, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, communicates with leadership and stakeholders, develops chip specifications and technology trade-offs, plans and analyzes semiconductor manufacturing experiments, and resolves cross-functional technical issues. Candidates need a relevant engineering or physics degree, at least five years of semiconductor chip technology experience including project management experience, and must be willing to work in Kulim or Penang.
