Description
WRS is hiring an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role covers site development, grading and earthwork, underground utilities, road and heavy civil construction, infrastructure, estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, change orders, cost reporting, and communication with superintendents, foremen, clients, safety, and management. Candidates need at least five years of related civil construction experience, knowledge of project safety and construction methods, and proficiency with HeavyBid, Heavy Job Manager, HCSS, MS Office, and project-management software.
