The client is hiring an experienced Project Manager for civil engineering or pipeline construction in Emden. The role independently manages construction projects, coordinates clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, prepares cost estimates and contracts, monitors site execution, handles change orders, and maintains customer relationships. Candidates need an engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of construction and project-business experience, knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, basic English, and a Class B driver’s license.
