Ramboll is hiring a Project Manager specializing in civil engineering and construction supervision for substations. The role supports the Power Systems team by developing technical concepts, supporting tenders and contracts, leading project teams, coordinating planners and subcontractors, supervising construction and handover, reviewing specifications and quality documents, managing schedules and customers, and contributing to technical standards. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent, several years of experience in high-voltage systems, substations, or BESS projects, IT and AutoCAD or MS Project skills, German and English fluency, and experience with 110/220/380 kV extra-high-voltage switchgear. The position offers flexible working hours, hybrid work with 2–3 mobile days per week, and permanent or part-time employment.
