TEHORA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil-engineering assignments involving roadway and utility surveys, AutoCAD and OpenRoads deliverables, sewer-condition reports, as-built plans, quantities, and coordination of technical or multidisciplinary teams. The role requires an engineer and member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec with at least five years of relevant roadway project experience, along with confined-space and gas training.
