Description
The role is responsible for planning and cost control of civil infrastructure design engineering projects, including ACE and JCR preparation, budget and cost frameworks, schedule monitoring, variance analysis, resource planning, subcontractor and vendor approvals, stakeholder management, FIDIC contract administration, progress reporting, variation and extended-stay claims, and monthly financial reporting. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or another discipline, an M.Tech with a project management postgraduate qualification, and at least 10 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure design engineering projects, along with experience in project planning, cost control, project budgets, and cost frameworks.
