The role represents the client in construction projects across North Rhine-Westphalia, manages projects across all HOAI service phases, oversees quality, schedule, cost, and contractor performance, supports tendering and contract processing, and accompanies approvals, acceptance inspections, and commissioning. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, relevant construction project management and tendering experience, stakeholder coordination experience, and familiarity with HOAI, VOB, VOL, and applicable regulations.
