Description
Modderkolk is seeking a Project Manager for its Clinics team to deliver healthcare construction and installation projects, including operating-room renovations and new clinic builds. The role leads multiple projects from estimation through handover, provides technical advice on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC installations, coordinates installers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and manages schedules, budgets, and profitability. Candidates need an HBO-level technical education and 5–8 years of project management experience in a technical or service-oriented environment; HVAC knowledge is advantageous. The position is based at Modderkolk’s Technoforum location in Wijchen, Netherlands, with occasional remote work and flexible or part-time hours possible.
