Description

HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is hiring a hybrid Project Manager – Coatings in Moon Township/Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The role manages protective coatings inspection and QA/QC projects for bridges, transportation infrastructure, water and wastewater facilities, industrial structures, and other critical infrastructure, coordinating schedules, budgets, staffing, clients, field inspectors, documentation, quality compliance, and project closeout. Candidates need at least three years of relevant project management, coatings inspection, construction management, or QA/QC experience, AMPP/NACE CIP Level 2 or 3 certification, AMPP C-3 Lead Abatement Training, coatings project experience, and occasional travel availability.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, construction management, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of relevant project management, project coordination, coatings inspection, construction management, QA/QC, or related experience.
Experience managing coating projects involving bridges, transportation infrastructure, industrial structures, or water/wastewater facilities.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, clients, and field personnel.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with PennDOT, state departments of transportation, municipalities, or other government agencies.
Knowledge of AMPP, SSPC, ASTM, and applicable DOT coating specifications.
Experience preparing project budgets, schedules, and client reports.
Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.
