Description
The role manages the time, cost, quality, schedule, and overall financial status of one large construction project or multiple projects. Responsibilities include reviewing project scope, coordinating subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors; developing project business plans; and conducting pre-job meetings. The position requires knowledge of construction software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, ProCore, MS Project, Viewpoint, and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
