Description
Little is hiring a Project Manager for its Community Studio in the Orlando, Florida office. The role leads architects and engineers through complex community projects, manages budgets, schedules, design intent, contract documents, construction administration, QA/QC, and project delivery, while supporting sustainability and regenerative design. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, at least eight years of professional architectural experience in community projects, three or more years of project management experience, architectural registration, experience with new construction, adaptive reuse, and renovation, and intermediate Revit skills.
