ARCO is hiring a Project Manager to oversee construction project performance and profit, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress billing, design coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation. The role works with owners and design teams, manages subcontractor selection, conducts bi-weekly job-site meetings, and coordinates multiple activities under tight deadlines. The position is based in White Plains, New York, or Jersey City, New Jersey, with initial training in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 1–3+ years of construction project management, assistant project management, project engineering, or related internship experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 USD plus performance-based bonus compensation and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
