ARCO is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee design-build projects from concept through completion, with full responsibility for project performance, customer satisfaction, profit, and project delivery. The role manages estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting and billing, design coordination, cost reporting, safety, subcontractor selection, site meetings, and owner and construction-team communication. Candidates need 2–8 years of design/build experience, strong decision-making and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
