Description
ARCO is hiring a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception through completion. The role covers estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting and billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, proposal preparation, subcontractor selection, and bi-weekly site meetings. Candidates need 3–10+ years of project management experience, preferably in design-build, proficiency with project management software, construction-document interpretation skills, budget and schedule management experience, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. The position may require travel or site-based work and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
