BILDTEK is hiring a Project Manager to lead construction projects from contract signing through financial closeout. The role serves as the client's primary contact and manages administrative and contractual controls, including client communication, schedule tracking, invoicing and collections, change orders, internal coordination, and project closeout. Candidates need a university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, at least two years of project management experience, and experience with schedule control, invoicing, and contract management.
