Description
Carvana is hiring a Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects from bid through completion across a growing multi-site portfolio. The role leads permits, contractor and GC selection, vendor and procurement coordination, design constructability, reporting, cost, schedule, risk, safety, quality, and contract negotiations, while keeping senior leadership informed. It is a full-time, in-person position at Carvana’s corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, with up to 50% travel required. The position requires 3–5 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or a related capital-projects field, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.
