Description
The Project Manager - Construction will oversee residential and commercial construction projects, including scheduling crews, managing budgets and timelines, selecting and monitoring subcontractors, coordinating with design teams and tenants, ensuring safety and permitting compliance, approving invoices, supervising construction crews, and tracking project performance. The role requires at least five years of construction management experience, broad knowledge of building trades, and proficiency with Procore, AppFolio, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive. Compensation is $60,000-$80,000, with health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, and gym access.
