Ocean Park Mechanical is hiring an experienced Project Manager with a plumbing or HVAC background to oversee one or more construction projects or large complex projects in Boise, Idaho. The role manages subcontractors and suppliers, budgets, schedules, permits, change orders, safety compliance, project documentation, and client satisfaction, while collaborating with designers, foremen, general contractors, and owners. Candidates should have 5–10 years of plumbing/HVAC project management experience, strong construction and permit knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and related tools. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 DOE and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
