Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from initial customer needs through final walkthrough. The role involves creating work orders and project schedules, coordinating crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers, managing budgets and profit targets, maintaining job-site safety and compliance, and keeping customers informed and satisfied. Candidates should have at least two years of construction or building experience, an associate degree in Construction Management or equivalent, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Dwelling Contractor Qualifier, Lead Safe Renovator, and OSHA 10 HR credentials are preferred. The position offers health, dental, and vision coverage and a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus bonus.
