The role manages project delivery, subcontractor and in-house work awarding, budget planning, change orders, project partners, CAD design teams, and specialist departments. Candidates need a skilled trade or technical apprenticeship with further training, or equivalent specialist knowledge, plus project-management and interdisciplinary-team leadership experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and good English.
