Description
The Project Manager oversees commercial construction projects from initiation and planning through construction, closeout, and warranty support. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external teams, contractors, architects, engineers, and tenants; managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, and project communications; preparing cost estimates and budgets; reviewing bids and contracts; and providing technical leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of project or construction management experience, commercial base-building experience, cost estimating experience, and occasional travel. The stated pay range is $100,000 to $115,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
