Description
BGE, Inc. is hiring a Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects for water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure. The role serves as a liaison among contractors, engineering and inspection teams, and program management; monitors construction progress and compliance; reviews plans, specifications, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and value-engineering proposals; approves pay estimates and work packages; and provides final design oversight and sign-and-seal authority where required. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, Texas Professional Engineer registration, and at least five years of construction, engineering, inspection, and construction project management experience in water, wastewater, and municipal projects.
