The role leads end-to-end retail construction projects, especially service stations, coordinating schedules, site activities, quantity surveys, construction handovers, technical documentation, budget and schedule compliance, and change management. It also involves customer development, coordination with clients and suppliers, and project documentation. The position requires a technical degree or training, retail or interior construction knowledge, IT and CAD skills, English proficiency, strong communication, independent structured working, and willingness to travel.
