Rheinmetall Immobilien GmbH is hiring a Project Manager focused on construction project management to lead the quality-, cost-, and schedule-compliant realization of commercial and industrial real estate projects. The role manages project teams, coordinates architects, planners, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders; prepares budgets and tenders; oversees quality, schedules, costs, change orders, and claims; and supports feasibility, user needs, technical due diligence, and building-law consulting. The position is based in Düsseldorf and requires a relevant technical or business engineering degree, several years of project management, project controlling, or construction supervision experience, knowledge of VOB/HOAI, MS Office and MS Project, strong team leadership, and good English.
