Description
The role is a Construction Project Manager responsible for managing and coordinating construction and renovation projects during the execution phase, from design implementation through handover and final account. Reporting to a Project Director, the position oversees TCE contractors and stakeholders, technical and contractual issues, work phasing, schedules, costs, quality, logistics, and site decisions, while supporting project employees. The role requires an engineering degree in building, civil engineering, or an equivalent field, at least five years of construction project-management experience during the execution phase and TCE construction monitoring, and proficiency in construction techniques, planning, monitoring, contracts, quality control, and handover.
