The Project Manager Construction Project Management Technical Procurement will develop, implement, and optimize nationwide construction project standards across attic floor extensions, energy-efficient modernization, district heating, and major refurbishment. The role covers procurement activities such as tendering, contract awarding, and contract management; project setup and process optimization; supplier and capacity management; market and supplier analysis; KPI preparation; and on-site training. Candidates need a commercial or technical university degree or comparable qualification, several years of procurement experience, and knowledge of construction engineering or building technology. The position is based in Bochum, offers mobile working, and requires regional travel.
