&MICA is hiring a Project Manager for its Cologne location to independently manage, plan, and control refurbishment, modernization, conversion, and selected new-build projects in retail, commercial, and logistics real estate. The role coordinates authorities, clients, and executing companies; manages MEP, fire protection, structural, and specialist interfaces; monitors costs and schedules; and ensures permit-ready planning. Candidates need at least two years of project or deputy project management experience, knowledge of service phases 2–5 under HOAI, construction experience in existing buildings, CAD proficiency, strong organizational and German-language skills, and a structured, self-responsible working style.
