Description
Debut is hiring a full-time Project Manager, Contract Manufacturing in San Diego to own the project lifecycle from technology transfer through final product delivery. The role coordinates commercial, financial, technical, quality, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and customer-facing activities across R&D, sales, internal teams, and external contract manufacturing partners. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of relevant experience in formulation project management, new product development, or beauty/skincare sales, and familiarity with technology transfer, scale-up, BOM documentation, and manufacturing execution. The position is based at Debut's headquarters with up to 25% travel to contract manufacturing facilities and offers a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 plus performance-based incentives.
