Description

Paired is seeking a Project Manager / Execution Lead for a fast-growing DTC cordless power tool brand. The role owns cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing, creative, website builds, agencies, and other initiatives; translates founder direction into plans and decisions; manages deadlines, risks, and accountability; and works directly with the CEO and international teams. Candidates should have 3–7 years of relevant experience, a track record shipping physical products, and strong execution, communication, and organizational skills. The position is fully remote, pays $5,000–$8,000 per month in base compensation, includes a performance bonus tied to launch KPIs, and offers flexible hours with US/UK overlap.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–7 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, execution, or a similar role
Experience working for a DTC, consumer hardware, or other physical-product brand with a structured launch calendar
Proven track record of shipping physical products and managing complex launches
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a DTC, consumer hardware, or consumer brand environment
Ability to manage agencies and hold partners accountable to marketing performance
Clear and concise written communication
Comfort working directly with a founder or CEO
