Design Group is hiring a Project Manager to support capital projects and implement controls and automation solutions for clients. The role manages hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution, project documentation, execution, estimating, scheduling, staffing, finances, contracts, quality control, and client relationships. It also leads the controls and automation business in the local office and region, mentors professionals, supports recruiting, and handles strategic business planning. The position requires at least ten years of automation experience, electrical control-system and process-automation design experience, Rockwell proficiency, and willingness to travel; a bachelor of science in electrical engineering is preferred.
