Spectrum is hiring a Project Manager to plan, manage, and monitor revenue-generating initiatives from concept through implementation. The role oversees project operations, stakeholder consensus, schedules, budgets, performance, service levels, status reporting, and data-driven decision-making while handling multiple projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of project management experience, project management certification or curriculum completion, strong organizational and analytical skills, Microsoft Project proficiency, and the ability to work in an office environment with some travel. The base pay is $68,300 to $157,200, with possible bonus compensation.
