Marker, a family-owned commercial construction company with nearly 70 years of experience, is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Bellefontaine, Ohio. The role oversees schedule, budget, quality, contracts, subcontractor agreements, and coordination with clients, superintendents, and project teams, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates need at least 3 years as a Project Engineer or 5 years as a Project Superintendent plus an associate degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 30-hour certification, and familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Office, and commercial construction practices.
