Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring an on-site Project Manager to provide full project management services and construction oversight for data center projects. The role supports the client project manager, advises on project conception and procurement, owns direct contracts and budgets, manages construction risks, reviews drawings and constructability, coordinates reporting and RFIs, supports safety and quality programs, maintains the project schedule, and leads stakeholder meetings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 15 years of experience managing complex large-scale construction projects with at least 8 years in data center construction, and Spanish and English communication skills.
